/ Auto VW Passat USA 2.0 TDI CKRA 6DSG 140 hp, 320 Nm.
The owner of a VW Passat USA with a 2.0 TDI CKRA engine contacted us. The car arrived with a firmware update from another company. The third-party company had incorrectly disabled the eco system, causing errors. Many people mistakenly believe that firmware is the same everywhere and can be updated with any version, but this is far from true. Poor firmware can result in errors or, conversely, problems with vehicle diagnostics due to deleted errors (in the event of technical problems, the vehicle’s ECU does not register any errors, complicating diagnostics and troubleshooting), increased fuel consumption, disabled temperature protection, poor performance, various artifacts, and so on. Poor firmware updates are the source of the myth that disabling the eco system is harmful. We correctly disabled AdBlue (SCR)/DPF/EGR, and now the car can be driven safely without worrying about another Check Engine light on the dashboard.
We provide deletion/disable services for:
✅Adblue (SCR) (DEF)
✅EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation)
✅DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)
✅FLAPS (Swirl Flaps)
✅Start Stop (Start-Stop system software disable)
✅Active Grille Shutter (AGS) (Active radiator shutter delete)
