/ Auto VW Touareg 3.0 TDI CATA 225 hp, 500 Nm.
Stage 1 — 280 hp, 620 Nm + EGR/DPF/Adblue off
⠀
The owner of a VW Touareg with a 3.0 TDI CATA engine (225 hp, 500 Nm) contacted us. The car had been flashed by a third-party company. After scanning the logs using third-party software, we discovered that the exhaust gas temperature limit was disabled in the flashing, the eco mode was incorrectly disabled, the turbo boost was higher than reasonable, and the customer also had questions about the car’s power. We rolled the car back to stock and confirmed there were no issues. We flashed the car to Stage 1 and also correctly disabled the EGR, DPF, and Adblue. The car now runs as expected, maintaining safety.
