Stage 1 Chip Tuning for the VW Passat CC 2.0 TDI CFFB 180 hp, 380 Nm

Stage 1 — 180 hp, 380 Nm. + EGR off

We were contacted by the owner of a VW Passat CC with a 2.0 TDI CFFB engine producing 140 hp and 320 Nm. The car had been reprogrammed by a third-party company. The client wanted to perform the reprogramming with engine safety enabled, as well as reprogram the DSG transmission. By scanning the logs using third-party software, we confirmed that the exhaust gas temperature limit was disabled in the reprogramming. We reverted the engine to stock, reprogrammed it to Stage 1 while maintaining all engine safety systems, correctly disabled the eco system, and optimized the DSG transmission. The car drove with predictable linear dynamics.
