Stage 1 — 140 hp, 320 Nm. + EGR/DPF off
⠀
The owner of a VW Passat B7 with a 1.6 TDI CAYC engine producing 105 hp contacted us. The car was delivered after installing a 6DSG DQ250 transmission instead of a manual one. First, we reprogrammed the engine’s ECU for the DSG, entered the correct coding, and disabled the EGR/DPF. After successful tests, we reprogrammed the Stage 1 engine with 140 hp, 320 Nm, while maintaining all engine safety systems. The car drove with predictable linear performance. The owner noted a significant increase in performance and reduced fuel consumption. Unfortunately, these measurements were taken before replacing a badly damaged air conditioning radiator and cleaning the radiators. After a full service and installing good tires, the car’s performance will improve. For comparison, the stock Passat B7 2.0 TDI 140 hp has a 0-100 km/h time of 10-11 seconds.
