Stage 1 — 210 hp, 440 Nm + EGR/DPF off
We were contacted by the owner of a VW Passat B7 with a 2.0 TDI CFGC engine producing 177 hp and 380 Nm. The car had just been tuned by another company. We rolled the car over and confirmed there were no issues. We performed a Stage 1 update and correctly disabled the DPF/EGR (no downpipe installed), but retained all engine safety systems. As a result, the car became more dynamic while maintaining the smoothness of a stock car without compromising any systems. A few days later, the owner noticed not only increased power but also improved fuel consumption.
