The owner of a VW Jetta GLI with a 2.0 TSI CPPA engine producing 211 hp contacted us. The car had arrived after a third-party DSG6 DQ250 firmware update. The customer was unhappy with the DSG performance after the update. We rolled back the firmware to stock and optimized the transmission performance based on the customer’s wishes.
