Chip tuning DSG6 DQ250 + Stage 1 VW Passat B7 Alltrack 2.0 TDI CFGC 210 hp, 440 Nm.
The owner of a VW Passat B7 Alltrack with a 2.0 TDI CFGC engine producing 177 hp and 380 Nm contacted us. The car arrived after a Stage 1 flashing + EGR/DPF off service performed by a third-party company. The customer had previously had his DSG6 DQ250 flashed by us and was satisfied, but he went to a third-party company for the Stage 1 flashing + EGR/DPF due to the very low price. The result was a corrupted transmission flashing: the third-party company mistakenly uploaded the wrong file to the transmission, bricking it. There were also questions about disabling the eco system and the Stage 1 flashing itself. We rolled the car back to stock, helped restore the transmission, and confirmed there were no issues. We restored the DSG6 flashing, configured the Stage 1 flashing (210 hp, 440 Nm), and properly disabled the EGR and DPF. The car performed as it should, maintaining safety.
