Stage 1 — 210 hp, 440 Nm. + EGR/DPF off

The owner of a VW Passat B7 2.0 TDI CFGB with 170 hp contacted us for a DSG6 DQ250 transmission remap. He was unhappy with the transmission’s performance, including low-revving driving, sluggish handling, vibration, and excessive load on the flywheel and clutch. Everything was done for the sake of the environment, not for driver comfort. We optimized the transmission and remapped the engine to Stage 1 (210 hp, 440 Nm) while maintaining all engine safety systems, and also correctly deactivated the EGR and DPF. After the remap, the car began to respond more predictably to throttle inputs, the unpleasant vibration disappeared, and driving around town became comfortable. ⠀
